Personnel training and system deployment: For different roles such as management personnel, production supervisors, personnel from various production departments, and quality department staff, personalized training courses are designed to ensure that employees can quickly master the operation skills of the new system. At the same time, web interfaces are provided for management and operation personnel, supporting cross-platform access, which facilitates management and monitoring; mobile applications for the Android platform are provided for production site personnel to realize functions such as production work order inquiry, reporting work, and mobile quality inspection, and real-time data synchronization through the network is achieved to improve work efficiency.
System operation and support: The system supplier provides remote assistance and on-site support services to ensure the stable operation of the system and promptly solve various technical issues. Within one year from the date of product authorization delivery, free original factory software and hardware maintenance and software upgrade services are provided to ensure that the system continuously meets the development needs of the enterprise.
