The Olip Statistical Process Control System (Castor SPC) is an industry-standard methodology for measurement, control, and quality improvement. It acquires real-time data to generate various SPC charts, supports extensive data analysis and real-time alarms, providing quick and accurate analysis for the quality management and production departments of enterprises. It integrates MES to achieve early warning and联动 control, ensuring product quality and production efficiency. The system supports multiple version control limits and deviation rules, and provides real-time warnings and triggers abnormal handling processes.
