The application case of Olipitch Technology has been selected as one of the typical advanced computing application cases in Shandong Province.

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province announced the 2023 annual list of typical advanced computing application cases in Shandong Province. A total of 6 enterprises from Qingdao were selected. Among them, the project "Industrial Brain" submitted by Olipuqi Technology - the application of visual intelligent technology in the packaging quality inspection of the MES system in the food and beverage industry - was included in the list.



It is learned that this solicitation focuses on two major fields, namely "industrial brain" and "urban brain", to select a number of advanced computing typical application cases that have advanced technical levels, outstanding innovation capabilities, and excellent application effects. This selection aims to promote the large-scale application of advanced computing, further improve the industrial ecosystem, share implementation paths, summarize successful experiences, and promote the application of advanced computing in more fields.

In recent years, advanced computing has been integrating with technologies like big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, becoming an important driving force for promoting national economic construction, social development, and scientific progress. Industrial brain is the nerve center for data management throughout the entire life cycle of enterprises. It organizes and integrates various data of industrial enterprises, uses intelligent algorithms to extract data value, and realizes multiple functions such as data collection and monitoring, industrial site control, etc., rapidly improving the level of industrial manufacturing.


        

Olipovich Smart - Application of Visual Intelligence Technology in Packaging Quality Inspection of MES System in the Food and Beverage Industry 


On the food and beverage packaging production line, automatic gluing machines are usually used to apply glue to the boxes. However, due to certain issues with the automatic gluing machines, such as improper operation, machine malfunctions, and unstable material quality, problems like box packaging damage or deformation can still occur. These issues seriously affect the quality and storage stability of food and beverages, causing significant risks and losses to enterprises. The visual intelligent technology selected this time has been applied in the MES system of the food and beverage industry for packaging quality inspection. It enables real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of equipment, effectively solving the problem that abnormality in the automatic gluing machine causing glue application to the box will lead to box packaging damage or deformation, ensuring the quality and stability of the box packaging. At the same time, it also effectively addresses the issue that traditional manual sampling inspection cannot guarantee the detection efficiency and quality, improving production efficiency and product quality.
