Inspection and Visit of a Typical Case of Digital Transformation - Zhongjatt Smart Factory

On November 30, 2021, under the guidance of the Qingdao Civil Development Bureau, with the theme of "Exploring the Digital Transformation of Surfing Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises", organized and co-organized by Olip, more than 50 representatives from over a dozen typical enterprises such as ZF Commercial Vehicles, Huarui Automobile, Zhongqinglin Group, Tianyi Group, Aalborg, Nidec Electrical Appliances, Degrote, and Zhongdai Equipment, etc., were invited to visit and study the "Digital Transformation Typical Case - Zhonggatt Smart Factory". The focus was on visiting and exchanging experiences regarding digital workshops and the application of industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing. 

This event aims to deepen the digitalization promotion and application on-site visits and inspections among the member units of the Private Entrepreneurs University, promote the tripartite business strategic cooperation, and achieve diversified ecological win-win results. 

Zhang Lin, the deputy director of the Qingdao Private Economy Development Bureau, stated that promoting the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important aspect of accelerating the digitalization process in Qingdao. Qingdao is currently accelerating the establishment of a universal service system for industrial digital transformation, leveraging market logic and capital power to drive industrial digitalization and digital industrialization, creating a digital ecosystem, and accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system. 

General Manager Ding Guoli of Zhonggatt led the entrepreneurs to visit the Zhonggatt Big Data Exhibition Hall. Facing the integrated data setup for enterprise informatization, which covers the entire process from finance, business, supply chain, production, and workshop, providing a seamless digital experience, everyone highly recognized the application of the industrial internet platform. They unanimously agreed that digitalization is the core driving force for the rapid development of enterprises, the soft power for enterprises to achieve a leapfrog development, and an important tool for enterprise leadership to strengthen management implementation and achieve intelligent application collaboration in management and production. 

Alnnovation ALP, as the co-organizer of this event and a core supplier of Zhongjatt Smart Factory, had Li Weiguo, the chairman, deliver a keynote speech and conduct a company presentation. The vice general manager and senior expert of Alnnovation ALP, Huo Xingguo, shared the project planning goals, construction ideas, and implementation details of Zhongjatt, which are the key elements. The representatives from each unit unanimously expressed that they had gained a lot from this visit.
