Innovative breakthrough | Alnnovation ALP successfully obtains project approval under the Shandong Province Key Research and Development Program (Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Project)

Recently, the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province released the "List of Projects to Be Funded under the 2025 Provincial Key Research and Development Program (Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Project)". The project "Research and Application of AI + MOM Industrial Internet Platform for Product Safety and Quality Control in the Food and Beverage Industry, jointly led by Alnnovation ALP Technology and coordinated with Qingdao University of Technology and Qingdao Beer Co., Ltd.", was successfully approved for funding. This indicates that Alnnovation ALP Technology's technical strength in the construction of AI + MOM industrial internet platforms ranks among the top in the province.

The Key Research and Development Plan of Shandong Province (Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Project) is currently one of the highest-level scientific research projects in our province. It mainly targets the major technological demands of the province's economic and social development and the transformation of old and new growth drivers. The focus is on breaking through major common technical keys in industries, developing major innovative products, and promoting the transformation and demonstration of major innovative achievements. It supports the implementation of several leading, system-integrated, and industry-chain collaborative innovation projects with significant influence in their respective fields. 

This project focuses on the data collection throughout the entire production chain of food and beverage products, production process monitoring, rapid quality traceability, quality prediction and process optimization, etc. It innovatively conducts technical research on AI-enabled MOM in the food and beverage industry. Based on the "Qizhi Kongming AInnoGC" industrial large model, a quality and safety large model is constructed. Combined with AI+AR, blockchain and other technologies, AI+MOM industrial software is developed, and an AI+MOM industrial internet platform is established. With technology, the quality control of the food and beverage industry is upgraded! This project is in line with the national "Artificial Intelligence +" action strategy. It focuses on the new quality productive forces industries such as artificial intelligence, industrial software and intelligent manufacturing in Shandong Province, and proposes the research and promotion of "An AI+MOM Industrial Internet Platform for Product Safety and Quality Control in the Food and Beverage Industry". This is of great significance for enhancing the overall strength and competitiveness of the industrial sector in China, achieving domestic autonomy and controllability of industrial software, and improving the quality and safety of the beverage industry.
