      The Digital Transformation Enabling Center for Key Industries in Qingdao is an innovative initiative taken by the Qingdao Development and Reform Commission to actively grasp the development trend of the digital economy and promote the digital transformation of industries. In March 2022, Aolipic Technology was recognized as the Digital Transformation Enabling Center for the Process Manufacturing and High-End Equipment Industry in Qingdao.

      Since 2022, Alnnovation ALP Zhizhi has focused on providing digital empowerment services in the food and beverage industry. They conducted comprehensive and structured on-site diagnosis and investigations in 48 key enterprises across the city, providing professional and precise digital diagnosis consultation reports to help enterprises improve operational and production efficiency and achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. At the same time, they strive to conduct a systematic scan of the opportunities and challenges faced by food and beverage enterprises in Qingdao during their digital transformation, in order to facilitate the acceleration of the city's digital economy development.

      Currently, Alnnovation ALPi Technology has signed project implementation transformation contracts with 13 enterprises including Qingdao Beer, Xinhuahe Six Group, Zhongdi Nutris, etc. Five reports have been formed, including "Research and Diagnosis Report on Digital Transformation of Qingdao Food and Beverage Industry" and "Research and Diagnosis Report on Green and Low-Carbon of Qingdao Food Industry". These reports have provided useful references for the scientific decision-making of the municipal government. At the same time, focusing on the difficulties and pain points of digital transformation in the food and beverage industry, 9 industry solutions and 1 industry standard have been formulated. 10 technology enterprises such as Mushroom IoT have been introduced to the empowerment center's industrial chain and supply chain, and jointly participated in the project implementation and transformation. During the empowerment process, Alnnovation ALPi Technology adopted a new empowerment path of "Dual Platform Drive + Application Scenarios" to promote digital transformation for the real economy. Letters of thanks were sent by enterprises such as Tianzang Food, and the empowered customers fully recognized it.       Next, Alnnovation ALP Zhizheng will focus on providing support for new materials for high-end equipment and the chemical industry. It will build a manufacturing operation management platform that is in line with the development of future factories for enterprises. It will further optimize the "Food Processing Industry Industrial Internet Platform" and the "Qingdao MOM-AI Industrial Internet Platform", forming a replicable and scalable digital transformation model. This will contribute to empowering the real economy through digital transformation.
