Information transmission: Paper-based work orders are used for plan distribution, which leads to slow information transmission efficiency. Changes to the work orders require re-printing, which may result in inconsistent information. There is no connection with other systems such as SAP, WMS, and SRM, and each system operates independently.

Data collection: The production site is chaotic and unorganized, making it impossible to capture production information. The detection of small systems such as security scanners and performance tests cannot be uniformly collected and analyzed.

Product Traceability: After the product is manufactured, it is impossible to trace the product information, including production execution, quality, and key materials.

Scheme architecture

Build an intelligent production center with MES as the hub, seamlessly connecting with ERP at the top, and obtaining real-time production plans and basic data; deeply integrate with SCADA at the bottom, dynamically collecting real-time production data such as equipment operation parameters and line downtime. At the same time, establish an information link between finished product data and WMS, and achieve data interconnection with quality inspection equipment, automatically transmitting inspection results back to the MES system. Through the data integration and collaboration throughout the entire business process, build a transparent production system, ensuring the traceability of the entire process from planning to delivery, and helping to enhance the intelligent control and quality traceability capabilities of the manufacturing process.
